  • Sales Administrator

    Are you passionate about travel and ready to bring your organisational skills to a role that helps create amazing experiences? We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. 


    This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a knack for administration and a love for the travel industry to play an instrumental role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and marketing efforts. 



    Key Responsibilities 

    As a Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of our office, helping to keep everything running like clockwork. Your responsibilities will include:


    • Compiling weekly and monthly stats (including reports to suppliers). 

    • Overseeing sales and bookings processes with precision. 

    • Updating bespoke systems to maintain accurate records. 

    • Assisting with tour inclusions, itineraries, and day trip administration. 

    • Handling end-of-month reporting and general office administration tasks. 

    • Managing filing, scanning, and overall office organisation. 

    • Answering calls and emails, supporting customers with their queries in a friendly and professional manner. 

    • Providing face-to-face customer service, including taking payments. 

    • Working collaboratively in a team environment to provide support where needed. 

    • Supporting the Head of Product, Sales, and Marketing with ad hoc duties. 



    Qualifications and Skills

    To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring the following skills and qualifications to the table: 


    • Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. 

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

    • A friendly and approachable attitude, both with customers and colleagues. 

    • The ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy. 

    • Experience in the travel industry would be an advantage but not essential.

  • PCV Coach Driver

    With a fleet of luxury vehicles that anyone would be proud to drive, we are looking to hire an  experienced PCV coach driver. Full Time and Part Time hours available.


    You will be responsible for the safe transport of our passengers, on a wide variety of different job types, no two days will be the same.



    Candidates must:

    • Hold a valid UK PCV (Category D) Licence 

    • Have an up-to-date Driver CPC/DQC Card

    • Have the right to work in the UK

    • Digital Tachograph (preferred but not required)

    • Be able to pass an enhanced DBS check

  • Ticket Sales Representative

    We are seeking a motivated and customer orientated individual to join our Team as a Ticket Sales Representative.


    The successful individual will be responsible for selling tickets for our city sightseeing coach tours. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers, and effectively closing sales transactions. 



    Responsibilities: 

    • Engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner to promote ticket sales. 

    • Provide detailed information about our tour routes to customers and address any enquiries they may have. 

    • Utilise sales techniques to persuade customers to purchase tickets. 

    • Stay up to date on tour schedules, pricing, and promotional offers. 

    • Process ticket sales accurately using our ticketing system. 

    • Handle, cash, credit card and other forms of payments securely and correctly. 

    • Maintain a neat and organised work environment. 

    • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a formal and professional manner. 



    Essential: 

    • Previous experience in sales and customer service. 

    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers effectively. 

    • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. 

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

    • Basic literacy and numeracy skills. 

    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • PSV Mechanic

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced PSV mechanic to join our Engineering team. As a PSV mechanic you will be responsible for the maintenance, service and repair of our extensive fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are compliant with all regulations. This role requires a broad range of engineering skills, a proactive approach to diagnosing and solving problems and the ability to meet the demands of our busy workshop.



    Duties and responsibilities: 

    • Conduct routine servicing, general maintenance, and repairs on vehicles. 

    • Perform vehicle inspections and diagnostics to identify faults and ensure timely repairs.

    • Prepare vehicles for MOT tests, ensuring they meet legal requirements and standards. 

    • Diagnose and correct running defects on vehicles. 

    • Complete job cards. 

    • Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and company policies



    We’re looking for: 

    • NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle maintenance is essential.

    • A full UK driving Licence is required.  

    • Possession of a PSV licence is advantageous however, driver training will be provided. 

    • Experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults on coaches. 

    • A proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure. 

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship. 

    • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
